***POV Ryusai***

I woke up upon on Yang’s back. We were outside the gates of the hidden leaf- medical shinobi approaching us. I looked to my left and there stood Ying with the Uchiha girl on his back. I was to weak to move or even talk, and honestly I am pretty sure I blacked out again, because my next memory was waking up in a hospital bed with Ino standing right beside me.

“Look who is finally awake. You stupid kid. What were you thinking running off and leaving Shikamaru’s side?” She said, smacking the back of my head with her clipboard. “You are just lucky your tigers were there to protect you and bring you home!”

I rubbed my head where she smacked me and sighed, “Aren’t medical shinobi supposed to heal not inflict more pain!” I gave a slight glare in Ino’s direction.

She crossed her arms and narrowed her pure blue eyes, “Don’t get smart with me boy or I’ll switch with Sakura and go check on that girl you brought here with you.”

I suddenly recalled why I was injured, and that Ying had carried that girl back to the village alongside me. I shot straight up in my bed only to winch as a sharp pain throbbed in my side. “Gah! What the heck!” I yelled gripping my side while frantically trying to escape my bed.

Ino quickly smacked me again and made her mind transfer sign in my direction, “Get back in that bed now or so help me!”

I was not about to call her bluff. The pain overwhelmed me and made me feel lightheaded once again. “That girl is dangerous! She has the sharingan and claims to be an Uchiha!” I said with what little strength I had. I felt my vision going once again, and I looked over at Ino who had administered more sleeping medication into my IV.

“forgive me for this kid, but your wounds are to extensive for you to keep jerking around like this.” She placed her hand on my forehead and gently guided my head down to the pillow.

Onece again I was out cold.

***POV Yukoto***

I felt a cold metal around my wrist and could hear a faint beeping in the background. As I opened my eyes, I was blinded by the white light directly above me. I had to blink a couple times before my vision began to clear. I could hear voices outside the door, talking restraints, medication, surgery, etc.

“Am I in a hospital?” I said in a whisper, as I looked around the room. There was a chain anchoring me to the bed I was laid in. White sheets and a hospital gown covered me, and a light blue curtain blocker the window leading to the main hall. I let a sign. “I actually did it…”

They must have heard me moving around, because the door to my room suddenly opened, and a pink haired woman walked in with a clip board. She wore a white medical ninja cloak and had a stern yet sweet look on her face.

“Finally! You’re awake!” she said with a hint of excitement in her tone. “Wow, he wasn’t lying. You do have the sharingan! I thought Ryu was just being delusional.”

I remained silent as I looked her up and down and then looked at the chain restraining me.

She jumped, quickly grabbing the key from her hip and walking towards me, “Forgive the precaution! We found you and Ryu passed out at the gate. Ying and Yang carried you both here, so we weren’t sure if you were friend or foe!” she removed the restraint and grabbed my risk to check my pulse. “Your pulse never wavered once, even when you were passed out.” She smiled sweetly up at me as she walked over to a table and wrote a few things down.

“w-where am I? why are you-u?” I stuttered. If I want them to trust me, I will need to play dumb.

She jumped as I spoke and then smiled, “Oh sorry! I forgot to introduce myself! I am Sakura Harano. I am a lead medical ninja here at the Hidden Leaf Hospital. After you were discovered injured outside the gates, we promptly brought you here to treat your wounds. Looks like one of them bit you pretty hard,” she said, gesturing to my bandaged arm.

I let a small smile show as I rubbed my neck awkwardly, “Ya they kind of caught me off guard. But they were just doing as they were told! Never imagined they’d be my saving grace.” I looked out the window for a moment, “so this is the hidden leaf ha? I’ve heard so much about it, I just can’t believe I am actually here.”

She tilted her head a bit and wrested the clip board against her chest, “If you don’t mind me asking, who are you? The sharingan has only been known to be a trait of the Uchiha clan, but other than my husband and daughter, all of them were believed to be dead.”

I looked back at the pink haired girl and chuckled, “How rude of me. Asking your name and not introducing myself. My name is Yukoto, Yukoto Uchiha. I was kidnapped from the hidden leaf when I was just a babe, and have been in hiding most of my life…”

Before Sakura could speak again, a tall man with white hair and scar over one eye walked into the room. “Ah our mystery guest is awake I see! My name is Kakashi Hatake. The bafoon you battled in the woods in my pupal, Ryusai.” As he locked his eyes with mine a bit of concern seemed to come over him, “So the rumor is true, you do have the sharingan.”

Sakura took this time to chime in, “Yes lord 6th. She said her name is Yukoto. Yukoto Uchiha. She was born here in and leaf kidnapped when she was very young.” She looked back to me for confirmation that the information provided was correct.

I nodded my head but remained silent. She referred to him as Lord 6th- which meant Kakashi of the sharingan was Hokage. The man who once possessed my uncle’s eye. The man who betrayed Obito.

“I know this is a strange new place,” Kakashi began, “but I assure you, as long as you mean no harm to the leaf, you are completely safe here. There is no need for your sharingan to be active.”

I grinned softly, swinging my legs off the bed and leaning forward, bracing myself with my palms against the mattress. “I wish I could lord 6th, but you see, my eyes are special. I was born with them like this and they have never gone away, not even once.” I shrugged directing my focus back to Sakura whose eyes had been fixated on my own this entire time, “What is wrong?”

She shook her head and laughed awkwardly, “Oh I’m sorry. Your eyes and facial features remind me so much of my husband’s it’s insane. He travels a lot so I don’t see him often.”

I tilted my head, “You are Sasuke Uchiha’s wife?”

CHAPTER 1: Part 3- The Uchiha’s Vengeance reborn

****This is an original story based in the Naruto Universe written by Rafaela Medrano Roark**** I was almost 17 when the 4 th great ninja war began. Madara and Obito had spent so long planning out every little detail. I still can’t believe they failed. As the final battle between Naruto and Sasuke drew to a close, Team 7 was once again reunited. It honestly sickened me a little to see them so cheery as the smell of burnt flesh and blood filled the air. I watched the whole war from a distance. I watched my uncle fall. I watched Madara awaken the power of the sage of 6 paths. I watched Sasuke once again betray the Uchiha name. I wanted to do something- I wanted to help. But my uncle’s words, “you will only get in the way,” echoed through my head. If only I had been stronger. If only I’d been faster. Maybe I could have saved them. The craving for vengeance overwhelmed me. I could have killed him. Sasuke. Right then and there. He was weak, he was injured. But with his te...

CHAPTER 4: Part 1- The Exile

***This is an original story written by Rafaela Medrano Roark. Chapter 4 is co-written by Vincenzo Pinari. The Original Charater, Ryusai, was created by VP*** Rage pumped through my veins as I stormed into the Clan Meeting Hall. I didn’t care what punishment awaited me- I just wanted justice for my mother. My eyes glowed orange with fury as I scanned the room, eventually locking gazes with my uncle.  “What is the meaning of this!?” He exclaimed. “I have something to say to you all, and for once you are going to shut your mouths and listen,” I snarled.  My glanced over at my father, who had a pleading expression on his face. He knew what I was about to do and always was aware of the price I would pay for my actions.  “All my life you’ve treated me like a disgrace, even though I’ve done everything you ever asked of me. But no matter how perfect I strive to be, it was never enough simply because my blood is tainted with that of my mother’s. I worked so hard to be the perfect...
